OSCE Chairperson in Office Bujar Osmani will visit Kyiv on 16 October.
"On the agenda meetings with Ukrainian leaders and engaging with people on site, to hear their needs, hopes and fears," he said on X.
"Ukraine and its people are of paramount concern to the OSCE," he added.
