Russian troops have brought an additional batch of modernised missiles to the S-300 systems to Bryansk Region on the border with Ukraine, the National Resistance Centre reports.
They are designed to strike ground targets in the Ukrainian border area.
Locals passed on information about the movement of equipment and missiles to the Ukrainian side.
