Almost a hundred district heating companies in Ukraine have not signed gas supply contracts with Naftogaz. This was reported by the company's press service.
Thus, 1,166 of the required 1,264 contracts have been concluded.
"We continue to remind people of the need to conclude contracts with district heating companies to ensure that their homes are fully heated. It is especially important to do this on time, because with the onset of cold weather, people will start using climate control equipment to heat their homes, which will put a significant strain on the power grid," Naftogaz said.
