Ukraine has received the entire promised list of air defence equipment from its Western allies, but this is not enough, Yuriy Ihnat, spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, has said at a briefing.
"As of today, we have received from our Western allies virtually all the air defence equipment we were promised, one of the best air defences in the world. But the word 'all' here should be divided into the nomenclature of receipt and the quantity," he added.
He noted that Ukraine needs many more air defence systems, such as Patriot, Samp/T, IRIS-T, or Nasams. In addition, Ukraine hopes to jointly produce air defence systems with its partners.
