Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksiy Danilov believes that people who do not believe in Ukraine's victory over Russian invaders have no place in the command.

"The will is the basis of the struggle. Confidence in the Victory and the value of Freedom is an absolute imperative. People who do not believe in Victory have no place in power and command," Danilov wrote in his column on Ukrayinska Pravda.

He emphasised that the formula for sustainable peace is the formula of modern weapons based on the power of the national defence industry.

"Since the beginning of the war, Ukraine has not only preserved its production capacities, but every month we are increasing the number and range of products. More to come," he said.

In addition, science and technology are important. According to him, the highest qualification of Ukrainian IT specialists helps the Defence Forces to offset the difference in Russian numbers with Ukrainian quality every day, while engineers and designers of UAVs have created a new kind of troops.

"The experience of war and hard-won knowledge make it possible to create a unique Ukrainian military school and conduct training according to the 'Ukrainian standard'. In the very near future, NATO will not have units more capable than Ukrainian ones," he said.

"There are no vague security guarantees, only agreements ratified at the parliamentary level with a clear algorithm of actions and approved nomenclature of military assistance. Ukraine has already begun the process of preparing to conclude bilateral security agreements," Danilov added.

He also mentioned mobilisation, which is based on prepared reserves and a clear accounting system.

"Today, the state knows more about each of its conscripts than ever before," Danilov wrote.

"And the last thing is #RussiaMustDie," he added.
