Office of the Prosecutor General reported, that the occupiers have struck a village in Donetsk Region with presumably Smerch missile.
According to the investigation, on 7 November 2023, at 19:45, the Russian army allegedly attacked the village of Bahatyr, Volnovakha district, with a Smerch multiple rocket launcher system.
The epicentre of the hit was a dense residential area with no military facilities nearby. The explosions damaged and destroyed more than a dozen private houses.
The bodies of three civilians were found under the rubble of one of them, in a brick basement, during the rescue and search operations - a 58-year-old man, his 60-year-old wife, and their 33-year-old neighbour. The outbuildings and three cars were also damaged.
