The former head of the people's police of the terrorist Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Mykhailo Filiponenko was killed in a car bomb attack in Luhansk, Medusa reports with reference to local 'deputy' Yuriy Yurov and the deceased's son.
In particular, Filimonenko's son said that his father was killed by an explosive device in his car.
