The Russian army has fired a Kh-31P anti-radar missile in the direction of one of the ports of Odesa Region. The missile hit the superstructure of a civilian vessel flying the Liberian flag as it was entering the port.
Three Filipino crew members were injured and the pilot was killed, the Ukrainian Defence Forces South have said.
One of the injured was hospitalised.
"Russia has once again confirmed the status of an international terrorist state," the Defence Forces South said.
Russia fired a missile from tactical aircraft in the Black Sea.
