On the afternoon of 13 November, the Russian army opened fire on Kherson again.

As of 17:50, two civilians were reported killed and seven wounded in the strike, according to Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson city military administration.

The attack also destroyed and damaged eight vehicles: two official ones, five private cars and an ambulance. The buildings of a state institution, a hospital, and more than a dozen residential buildings were damaged.

According to earlier reports, six people were injured, two died, the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, has said on Telegram.

He urged residents to stay in shelters until the shelling ends.

"Kherson is under massive fire from the Russian army. Stay in shelters until the shelling ends!" he wrote.

A 62-year-old Kherson woman and a 45-year-old Kherson man died of injuries.

"Two men were hospitalised to surgery. A 62-year-old man had his legs injured, and a 64-year-old man was wounded in the abdomen. Also, a 50-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman were taken to hospital. Their condition is assessed as satisfactory," he said.

The hospital was among the facilities under fire.

"The shelling destroyed an ambulance and other vehicles. The information is being checked," he said.

Today, a two-month-old baby was wounded as a result of Russian shelling of a suburb in Kherson. The child's mother was also wounded, and the driver of the car they were travelling in was killed.

Yesterday, Kherson celebrated the anniversary of its liberation from Russian occupation. On that day, Russians attacked the city, including the regional library.
