On 10 December, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption will open public access to the Register of Declarations, the NAPC press service.
It is noted that the NAPC has fulfilled the requirements of Law No. 3384-IX adopted by parliament and provided open round-the-clock access to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorised to Perform State or Local Government Functions, taking into account the security measures specified in paragraphs 2-11 of the Final Provisions of the Law "On Prevention of Corruption".
"If you do not find the declaration of a certain person in the register, it means that the NAPC has received a request to remove it from public access," the agency noted.
It explained that documents can be removed from the public part of the register even after it is opened until the end or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine. However, in this case, they will remain publicly available for some time.
