Russians have attacked Kharkiv Region once again.
"Two women aged 57 and 71 were killed as a result of the enemy shelling of Kupyansk. A 30-year-old man was wounded. Preliminary, the occupiers fired from artillery at around 15:30," said Oleh Synyehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration.
The prosecutor's office noted that the man is in serious condition in hospital.
A private house, garage, fence, and summer kitchen were damaged.
Law enforcement officers are working at the scene of the crime.
