President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy chaired the final meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff.
Zelenskyy said on social media that the Staff summed up the military results of the year, analysed the combat situation and decided "what we did right and what we could have done better".
The president added that the strategy for the use of the Defence Forces for the coming year had been determined based on these conclusions, forecasts and capabilities.
Zelenskyy also said that this year our country has not retreated in any direction.
"This year, Ukraine has not retreated in any direction on the ground, regained the sea and made the sky safer. We continue to work as a team. I am grateful to each and every one who gives their all for the sake of Ukraine's victory," he concluded.
