Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, will meet Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto in Uzhhorod on 29 January, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Nikolenko has told LB.ua.
The talks will follow up on the recent political contacts between the two countries.
The key topics will be the organisation of a meeting between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban to promote important decisions for Ukraine in the European Union and develop bilateral relations in a comprehensive manner.
Meanwhile, the European Parliament has begun collecting signatures to deprive Orban of his voting rights in the EU Council. The collection of signatures will last until Friday, after which the letter will be sent to European Parliament President Roberta Metsola.
