The Russian army attacked an energy facility in Kharkiv Region, destroying equipment, according to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
"As a result of enemy shelling, a fire broke out at the production facility of Kharkivoblenergo JSC, destroying equipment," it said.
Fortunately, the employees were not injured. No power outage schedules are being applied in the region.
In addition, according to the company, 73 settlements in Donetsk Region remain without power supply. In Kherson, about 800 new power outages have been caused by shelling, leaving 4,300 consumers in the city and 26,000 in the region without electricity.
