Today, we discussed the frontline situation at the Supreme Commander-in-Chie's Staff meeting. The reports are detailed, covering every area. And in general, our defence operations and active actions. Avdiyivka, Maryinka, Kupyanske, the southern areas - we pay maximum attention to each of them, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his address.
"We also analysed all the issues related to ammunition at the meeting - covering the shortage, supplying the troops, agreements with partners and domestic production. It is very important: Ukrainian production of weapons and shells is showing positive dynamics. I am grateful to everyone involved, to each and every person who works for our own capabilities in Ukraine," the president stressed.
He added that today they had discussed the defence of Ukraine from Russian air terror - both border cities and our frontline positions.
The president also held a meeting on our work with partners in the European Union and relations with neighbouring states.
Today, a meeting was held to discuss the financial situation, the work of the tax service and tax revenues.
"The most important thing for the state and our entire society is that each Ukrainian entrepreneur has opportunities for more active economic work. This means that Ukrainian budgets should be more focused on the strength of their economy. The state, state institutions, and each official are obliged to do everything possible to promote legal, 'white' business," he said.
Zelenskyy noted that today we are launching a new mechanism of communication with entrepreneurs.
"We are establishing the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform, which will represent small, medium and large businesses. And different regions of our country. Investors and relocated enterprises. 'Made in Ukraine' is not just a brand, it is a large community of people, millions of Ukrainians who work at enterprises. And these are our people who establish businesses that create jobs for others. The entire community of our business will be represented on the new platform," the president promised.
The government, together with the presidential office, regional state administrations, and experts, will organise the platform's work. The main task is to make it an effective communication tool, to ensure that communication is always supported by operational decisions - what state institutions do or change, and what will create a new, normal history of relations, in particular between law enforcement and entrepreneurs.
"We need more confidence for business and a more legal, 'white' economy for Ukraine. We need more Ukrainian production, more Ukrainian products in various industries. And I have just signed decrees that will create just such a communication mechanism - the Council for Entrepreneurship - as defined, in particular, by the recent decision of the National Security and Defence Council, and an all-Ukrainian platform for boosting entrepreneurship and our Ukrainian product," Zelenskyy added.
