On Wednesday morning, the Russian army fired missiles at Ukraine. First, explosions were heard in Kharkiv city and the Region, then in Kyiv and Drohobych. At the same time, the Russians attacked Mykolayiv Region with Shaheds.
According to the Air Force, there was a threat to Kyiv and other cities. As of 6:15 a.m., there were at least four groups of missiles in Ukrainian airspace.
"The first group of missiles is in Kyiv Region, heading southwest. Two more groups along the border of Poltava and Chernihiv Regions, heading west! A new group of missiles in Sumy Region! Heading for Poltava Region!" the message read.
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, the Russians have already launched at least four strikes in the Region. Later, some of the missiles reached the western Regions.
"Cruise missiles are manoeuvring within Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk Regions!" the Air Force reported at 7:20 a.m.
At 7:38, the Air Force reported new missiles coming from the Kursk Region.
The air alert ended at around 8:50.
In Kyiv, at least 11 people were injured, a high-rise building, power lines, service stations and cars were damaged. Destruction was reported in two districts. In Mykolayiv, a person died and about 20 buildings were damaged. An explosion was also heard in Drohobych, Lviv Region, and a hit was reported there.

Kyiv: about a dozen people were injured in Holosiyivskyy and Dniprovskyy districts. Communications have been damaged. Rescuers and police are working at the site. Holosiyivskyy district, an 18-storey building has been destroyed - the State Emergency Service units are evacuating people and extinguishing the fire. There may be victims under the rubble. A service station building and cars also caught fire.
Mykolayiv: one person died as a result of a missile attack by the occupiers. 20 private houses and the gas network were damaged. The State Emergency Service tents have been deployed and psychologists have been engaged.
Kharkiv Region: around 6 am, Russians attacked Kharkiv. Two people were injured, and the SES rescued one person. Rescuers are examining the area.
Kyiv Region: at least 10 private houses, outbuildings and communications were damaged in Bucha and Fastiv districts. The RMA reported two injured.
In Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv Regions, according to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.
