President of Finland and Ukraine Alexander Stubb and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy have signed an agreement on security cooperation and long-term support. This is stated in Zelenskyy's telegram channel.
"Today, President of Finland Alexander Stubb and I signed an agreement on security cooperation and long-term support. This is a strong document that demonstrates Finland's readiness to continue supporting Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression," the Ukrainian leader said.
Finland will provide long-term military and financial assistance, as well as deepen cooperation with Ukraine in the political, financial, humanitarian and reform fields.
Helsinki will help Ukraine rebuild the energy sector, assess environmental damage, strengthen border and critical infrastructure protection, and treat Ukrainian soldiers.
