The Russian army shelled the centre of Kharkiv. According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out with guided aerial bombs. The Russians targeted a civilian enterprise in the city centre.
Three of the wounded are employees of this enterprise. The head of the RMA, Oleh Synyehubov, reported this on Telegram.
"There is destruction and fire in the buildings. At the moment, there are three injured, all in moderate condition, all employees of the enterprise. The rubble is being cleared, people may be trapped," Synyehubov said.
He reported the strike on Kharkiv at 15:03.
As of 15:19, two people were reported injured, but a few minutes later the number increased to three.
"At the moment, there are three injured. But the search for the wounded at the arrival site continues," Mayor Terekhov said.
