The Russian army has been shelling Odesa and the Region since early morning. The city's energy infrastructure was hit.
A private house came under fire. Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov reported this on Telegram.
"Russians hit the energy infrastructure in the city. We are assessing the extent of damage to the power facility. A private house and several cars were also damaged," he said.
Oleh Kiper, the head of the RMA, added that the Russians first launched attack drones, again targeting the energy infrastructure. The air defence forces destroyed two Shaheds.
"At dawn, around 5:30 a.m., Russian terrorists attacked Odesa Region with ballistic missiles. On the day of Odesa's liberation from fascist invaders, Russians attacked critical and transport and logistics infrastructure. We know of two injured employees of a transport company," he said.
A private house and several cars were also damaged. Fortunately, no casualties were recorded.
