A Russian strike on critical infrastructure in the south of Ukraine has cut power supply in Kherson district, Oleksandr Prokudin said.
Power engineers are carrying out emergency repair work. They have already started connecting subscribers to the network. People are asked not to switch on all devices at once in order not to damage the power system.
