Germany has handed over another military aid package to Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the German government on 10 April.
The new aid package includes
- Warthog all-terrain vehicle
- 6,000 rounds of 155 mm ammunition
- 16 Vector drones
- 30 RQ-35 Heidrun reconnaissance drones
- 30 anti-drone guns
- 2 WISENT 1 vehicles
- 11 mobile demining systems
- 3 mine trawls
- 70 infrared cameras
- 24 boat engines
- 1 million rounds of ammunition for firearms
- 680 MK556 assault rifles
- 50 HLR338 rifles with 60,000 rounds of ammunition
- 120 CR 308 rifles
- 5000 detonators
Recently, it became known that Germany will supply Ukraine with 20 more Marder infantry fighting vehicles. Additional Marders are planned to be delivered this year.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the reason for Germany's refusal to provide Taurus could be a desire to keep them for its own defence.
