A man was killed in the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi and three civilians were injured in the shelling of Vovchansk and Monachynivka.

In the city of Vovchansk, an enemy drone dropped a munition on a civilian car at around 12:00. A civilian man born in 1960 was wounded. He sustained an injury to his arm. The car was damaged.
Kupyansk district came under Russian shelling, in particular, the village of Monachynivka came under fire. Civilians were injured, a 73-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman.
At 11:50 a.m., the occupants fired on the settlement of Kupyansk - Vuzlovyi. As a result of the enemy shelling, a fire broke out in a barrack-type house. A man born in 1959 died.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
