At night, Russians attacked Ivano-Frankivsk Region with drones, reports mayor Ruslan Martsynkiv.
"The enemy attacked again last night. Dozens of drones were launched by the terrorist country in western Ukraine. Prykarpattya was not spared the threat. At dawn, our defenders neutralised several enemy air targets. Fortunately, there were no casualties," he said.
Martsynkiv thanked the Air Defence Forces, who are protecting our peace, and all those who are defending the Ukrainian land. He also called for help for the military.
Svitlana Onishchuk, head of the RMA also reported that the falling debris caused fires.
"The targets were critical infrastructure facilities. All air targets have been neutralised... The relevant services are working at the site. The situation is under control," Onishchuk added.
