Two more families with three children have managed to return to Ukraine from the occupied territories of Kherson Region. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
A family raising two brothers, aged 12 and 16, deprived of parental care, has been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.
"For their sake, their guardians decided to leave the temporary occupation, because they could no longer endanger the children," Prokudin wrote.
A family with a three-year-old girl also returned to Ukraine.
"I am grateful to the Save Ukraine charity organisation, guardianship and child welfare authorities, and child services who worked on this return," added the head of the regional administration.
