Russia attacked the Dnipro district. At least two people were wounded.
They are men aged 30 and 35. The head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, promised to provide more details after the attack.
"Preliminarily, two men aged 30 and 35 were injured by a missile strike. They are hospitalised in a moderate condition. There are several fires," he said.
As of 12:20 am, the air threat continued. Lysak called for people to stay in shelters until the ceasefire was lifted.
After 10 a.m., several explosions were heard in Dnipro, the regional Suspilne TV channel reported.
