Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba believes that Ukraine is currently on a good path to ending the war.
He added that he cannot know when the war will end, but he knows that Ukraine is now taking important steps to restore a lasting and just peace. Fair and lasting are the key words, he said on the sidelines of the Peace Summit in Switzerland.
"I think we are moving forward on all tracks. The fact that this summit has brought together so many countries from South America, Africa, Asia. And we see that those who are not here still see what is happening, see this momentum, and that Ukraine's peace formula is building peace around the principles of the UN Charter, it really brings us closer," the minister commented.
- The idea is to make the second peace summit the end of the war, Kuleba explained. This means that Russia will have to be involved in the process, but in a way that does not use the language of ultimatums.
