Ukrainian prosecutors are investigating 28 criminal proceedings over the murders of Ukrainian prisoners of war by the Russian occupiers.
This was announced by Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin, Ukrinform reports.
"Today we are investigating 28 criminal proceedings over the killing of 62 Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russian troops," Kostin said.
He added that four people have been notified of suspicion in these proceedings.
Investigations have been completed in relation to two individuals, and indictments have been sent to court. One person was convicted.
