The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted Ukrnafta permission to take over the management of shares in the charter capital of three joint stock companies owned by the Russian holding Tatneft.

This was announced by Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the AMCU.

The companies in question are Poltava-Capital, Kharkiv-Capital and Tatneft-APS-Ukraine, which own petrol stations and other real and personal property.

In April 2022, these companies were arrested as part of criminal proceedings, and in July of the same year, they were transferred to the management of the ARMA by court order. Some of the property was seized in November 2020 and transferred to ARMA in March 2023.
