In the Russian city of Yeysk, a large-scale fire broke out as a result of the UAV attack. According to local residents, several large explosions were heard, followed by a fire.
This settlement is home to a military airfield from which the occupiers regularly launch attacks on the territory of Ukraine. It is currently unknown whether the drones hit this particular facility.
Authorities in the Krasnodar Territory confirmed the drone attacks in three municipalities at once. Social media reports indicate that oil refining infrastructure and thermal power plants may have been hit.
Explosions and Russian air defence activity were also reported in Adygea, a neighbouring Region to Kuban, and in Volgograd.
