Russian military launched a missile attack on the energy facilities of the Hlukhiv community on 20 August, the Sumy regional military administration reported.
As a result of the Russian attack, 72 settlements and more than 18,500 subscribers were left without electricity.
Emergency repair works are currently underway.
Power supply has already been restored to some critical infrastructure facilities and the residential sector.
