The schedule of arms deliveries from France to Ukraine is being strictly maintained, Ukrainian ambassador to France Vadym Omelchenko said in an interview with LB.ua.
In his opinion, it is the main indicator of bilateral relations. This factor reflects the quality of these relations, the true attitude and position towards Ukraine.
"So far, this schedule is being kept absolutely clearly. At the same time, of course, it is a metaphor. The field of Ukrainian-French bilateral relations is much wider," the diplomat commented.
He also added that it is necessary to take into account not only the quantity of weapons provided, but also their quality.
"There is a difference between new-modern equipment and, conditionally, spare parts for Soviet equipment," explained the Ukrainian ambassador to France.
