Today, on 28 August, the Kirov Region of Russia was attacked by drones for the first time.
A warehouse with oil products was hit at the Vyatka oil refinery in Kotelnich (more than 1,100 km from Ukraine).
The local governor confirmed the attack, but said there were no casualties and no fire.
Russian telegram channels report that one of the drones hit the lid of the tank, while the second drone allegedly hit an empty tank.
However, according to eyewitnesses on the video, there were at least three drones.
