This afternoon, on 28 August, Russians attacked the town of Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region, tentatively from the FAB-500.
This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.
‘So far, 11 civilians have sought medical assistance. Three police officers were injured in the line of duty,’ the police said.
The shelling also damaged a multi-storey building, a hotel and other buildings, and a fire broke out in one of the buildings.
The victims were taken to hospital. The rubble is being cleared.
