Germany will provide Ukraine with twelve self-propelled howitzers (Panzerhaubitz 2000) worth 150 million euros.
This was announced by German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius at the US airbase in Ramstein, Tagesspiegel reports.
Six modern guns with a range of 30 kilometres will be delivered this year. Six more howitzers will be sent to Ukraine next year.
