The Association Agreement includes Ukraine's obligation to supply gas and oil to the EU. Ukraine is ready to implement the Association Agreement, but it is not ready to cooperate with Russia.

Kyiv will not extend the agreement on transit through Ukrainian territory. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at his annual press conference.

‘I have no other details, I am not involved in the negotiations. I am confident that there are no negotiations on the continuation of Russian gas transit as of today,’ he said.

Shmyhal did not rule out that there are talks at the level of EU leaders with someone who could still supply gas. Ukraine is not involved in negotiations on the transit of Russian gas and oil.
