The Russian army attacked a civilian car with a drone in Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv Region, killing a Supreme Court judge. Three women were injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, and the regional prosecutor's office.

"At around 13:00, the occupiers attacked Kozacha Lopana in Kharkiv district. A drone hit a private car. One civilian man was killed, his identity is being established," the statement said. 

Three women were also injured and hospitalised.

Later, the regional prosecutor's office clarified that the FPV drone hit a civilian car, a Mitsubishi Lancer. The 61-year-old Supreme Court judge, who was delivering humanitarian aid to local residents, was killed.

According to preliminary reports, the wounded women were also in the car and were taken to hospital. 

More detailed information will be provided after all the details of another crime of the Russian army are established.

Under the procedural supervision of the Dergachiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
