On the morning of 27 September, the Russian army attacked Kryvyy Rih. The head of the RMA, Serhiy Lysak, reported the explosion in the city on Telegram.
The attack partially destroyed the five-storey building of the district police department and damaged nearby residential buildings and cars. Three people were killed and six others injured.
The body of one woman was found first, and two more people were found after several hours of search operations.
‘23 private houses, 3 multi-storey buildings, an educational institution and 82 cars were damaged,’ the SES reported.
According to Lysak, one of the wounded is a 45-year-old man who was hospitalised in serious condition.
At 09:15, the Air Force's Telegram reported a ballistic missile attack on Kryvyy Rih.
The mayor of Kryvyy Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul, urged not to disseminate details about the attack.
‘Kryvyy Rih. A missile attack. We do not film or post anything on the Internet,’ he wrote.
After the attack on Kryvyy Rih, the enemy launched anti-aircraft missiles in Sumy Region.
