This morning, residents of Kupyansk in Kharkiv Region suffered from drone attacks: one man was killed and another was injured.This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
At around 8:30 a.m., Russian FPV drone hit a vehicle. The 58-year-old driver of the car was injured. He was hospitalised.
At 10:35, Russians attacked the city again with an FPV drone. This time - at a public transport stop. An 82-year-old man died on the spot.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438(1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated.
