President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff and instructed to prepare certain parts of the Internal Strengthening Plan of Ukraine.
"I held a meeting of the Supreme Command. We discussed the preparations for the heating season in terms of security, recovery and work with partners. Government officials from the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Energy reported. Also the Air Force," Zelenskyy wrote.
"Particular attention is paid to the preparation of border and frontline communities. We also discussed long-term energy solutions that will give Ukraine more resilience. I gave clear instructions that must be fulfilled by the beginning of winter," the president stressed.
Zelenskyy noted that the Defence Ministry and the military presented reports on manning brigades, training, and a report on the construction of fortifications.
"There are areas that need to be strengthened," he stressed.
"Following today's meeting, I instructed the members of the Security Council to prepare certain parts of our internal Plan for Strengthening Ukraine. Along with the Victory Plan, we have to work out all the necessary steps that will ensure our country's internal results. This applies to the frontline, defence industry, economy and finance, information, justice, regional work and other strategic areas. The NSDC Secretary will be responsible for organising this work," Zelenskyy added.
As reported, the president is preparing another "victory plan" - an internal one, designed for Ukraine's actions, not those of its Western partners.
