A Russian attack on Kryvyy Rih on the morning of 21 November wounded 17 civilians and caused significant damage, according to Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
An administrative building was partially destroyed, and damage was reported to five apartment buildings, two residential two-storey buildings, two minibuses, and a car.
Of the wounded, 10 are hospitalised. A 38-year-old woman is in serious condition with head injuries, while a 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman are in moderate condition. Among the victims are two teenagers: a 17-year-old boy who is hospitalised and a 16-year-old who was treated on-site.
The State Emergency Service is continuing its inspection of the damaged areas.
