On Tuesday, 3 December, the Russian army struck Kostyantynivka and Pokrovsk in Donetsk Region.
According to the National Police, the Russians also dropped an UMPB D-30SN bomb on Pokrovsk, hitting a nine-storey building. A 61-year-old woman was killed. Two other civilians were injured. Six apartment buildings and three civilian cars were damaged.
This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
As a result of artillery shelling by Russian troops in Kostyantynivka, one person was killed and three were wounded.
‘A 52-year-old man was killed, three people were wounded of moderate severity,’ the statement said.
Three high-rise buildings, an administrative building, a gas pipeline and a car were also damaged.
