The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has successfully destroyed a large Russian ammunition depot and an adjacent fuel and lubricants storage facility near the village of Markine in the occupied Donetsk Region.
Sources within the SBU reported to LB.ua that the operation targeted depots containing thousands of rounds for armoured personnel carriers, tanks, anti-tank guided missiles, mines, grenades, and millions of various-calibre rounds.
The strike caused significant explosions that lasted throughout the night, crippling the facility and dealing a blow to Russian military logistics. The SBU highlighted the strategic impact of the operation, describing it as a decisive disruption to Russian supplies.
