Two people killed in attack in Kyiv Region, two more wounded (update)

On the night of 26 February, Russian occupants attacked Kyiv Region. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk.

"As a result of an enemy attack in the Bucha district, a two-storey private house caught fire. All operational services are already working at the scene to eliminate the consequences," Kalashnyk wrote.

According to updated data from the Prosecutor General's Office, two people were killed in an enemy attack, including a man in Kryukivshchyna district. His body was found by rescuers in a private house that caught fire as a result of the attack, the RMA and the State Emergency Service reported. In Bucha, a woman born in 2005 and a man born in 1981 were wounded. The woman sustained a wound to the back of her head and was hospitalised.

The man's wrist was injured, he will be treated at home. 

"According to preliminary information, as a result of the hostile attack in Bucha district, five private houses were damaged, the windows of apartments in four multi-storey residential buildings, two garages were damaged, three cars were destroyed and eight were damaged," the RMA said.
