On 14 July, world boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk will present a reproduction of the Boryviter mosaic in Trafalgar Square, London. The original panel in Mariupol, created by a group of artists led by the renowned artist Alla Horska, was damaged during the full‑scale invasion. The opening of Boryviter will be Usyk’s first event in London before his fight with Daniel Dubois.
This was reported by representatives of UKRAINE WOW.

The world tour of the mosaic was organised by Ukraine’s largest marketplace, ROZETKA, in cooperation with the Oleksandr Usyk Foundation, the UKRAINE WOW public organisation, and with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The original mosaic depicting a falcon in flight – a symbol of creative freedom – was created in Mariupol in 1967. Three years later, Alla Horska was killed by the Soviet secret services, and in 2022, during the Russian invasion, Boryviter was significantly damaged.

This legendary work will travel the world to promote Ukrainian art and tell the stories of those whom Russia is trying to destroy. The recreation of Boryviter is a symbol of faith that everything destroyed in Ukraine will be restored and that Ukrainian heritage will be preserved to impress and inspire the world. Boryviter will become the voice of Ukrainian art in the world.
