
Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported that on the night of 22 July, the Russians struck Odesa with Shaheds.
Despite the active work of air defence forces, the attack resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure. An administrative building and several cars caught fire, and windows in residential buildings were blown out by the explosions.
As of 6 a.m., according to preliminary data, one person is known to have been injured, the State Emergency Service said.
“The strike caused a fire in the car park, burning cars. Windows in a high-rise building were also blown out and a shop was damaged,” the report said.
