The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported that today, 24 October, Russian troops used guided aerial bombs (KABs) in the region for the first time.
‘During today's air strike, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs on civilian infrastructure in our region for the first time,’ he wrote in a telegram.
Kiper warned that this is a new serious threat to the Odesa Region. Such strikes are dangerous for people and can cause significant damage.
‘I ask everyone! Do not ignore air raid sirens. Your life is the most precious thing you have. And believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine,’ the head of the administration said.
