Russians attack Kharkiv twice in the morning

There were hits in the Kyivskyy and Shevchenkivskyi districts. 

On the morning of 21 April, the Russian army attacked two districts of Kharkiv with drones. Hits were recorded. 

This was reported by the city mayor Ihor Terekhov. 

At first, the Russian army had struck the city centre. In the Shevchenkivskyy district, a combat UAV hit an administrative building. 

Later, the mayor reported that another combat drone hit a civilian enterprise in the Kyivskyy district. 

Details on possible casualties and damage are being clarified.
