The Russian army launched a second strike on the Kyiv region on the morning of 29 August. Logistics facilities have been damaged.
Rescuers are continuing to deal with the aftermath of the attack, the State Emergency Service reported. Since early morning, they have been battling the fire.
“After the overnight attack, the enemy carried out a second strike, which caused fires at logistics facilities. Emergency responders are currently working at several locations and extinguishing large-scale fires,” the statement said.
Drone terror against Kyiv and the region has continued for a third day. Yesterday, the enemy shelled various districts of the Kyiv region. One person was killed in the morning. In the evening, the occupiers struck a production facility in the Bucha district, triggering the detonation of ammunition. As of the morning, 27 people are known to have been killed and 42 wounded.
Also this morning, Russians killed a 14-year-old girl in the Brovary district.
