On the night of 29 August, hundreds of drones attacked Russia. The enemy’s Ministry of Defence said it had shot down 312 fixed-wing UAVs.
The drones were flying over Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov, Tula and Moscow regions, Tatarstan, Krasnodar Krai, the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, and occupied Crimea. The Ministry of Defence did not report on the consequences.
Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces reported on an attack by the Defence Forces on Crimea and the occupied territory of Donetsk region. Command posts and launch sites for strike drones were hit.
Ukrainian strike assets attack Russian territory virtually every day. Deep strikes are carried out against military facilities and infrastructure that enables the Kremlin to raise funds to continue the war.
