Russian forces struck the centre of Kropyvnytskyi. Four people are currently known to have been injured.
This was reported by the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych.
Three of the injured are receiving treatment in medical facilities. Another woman refused hospitalisation.
As a result of the strike, several private homes, a nursery and cars were damaged.
